If you wish to begin with dial-up, you may at any time easily switch to high-speed internet without added costs or inconvenience. Its fast processor and built-in thermal printer quickly processes credit, debit, FirstAdvantage Gift Card, and Secur-Chex transactions to accomodate your merchants and their customers. Not only does the Vx 570 process fast and accurate transactions, but it's also easy to use. The user-friendly ATM style interface, bold menu prompts and anti-glare, white-lit display helps minimize mistakes and reduce training time. And, Verifone products always meet the highest standards in security. The Vx 570 operates with the SSL and VeriSheild file authentication to help prevent fraud and other software intrusions. The Vx 570 is your all-inclusive, powerful yet user-friendly machine for processing your transactions.
The VX 570 will replace the Omni 3750 in early 2008, and is fully PCI-PED certified which complies to upcoming security standards. The VX 570 includes a thermal printer, an integrated smart card reader, internal pinpad, and high memory (6 - 12Mb) for advanced processing applications. The VX 570 is the first countertop terminal to feature Verifone's new white back-light for enhanced readability and reduced glare.
SSL, and VeriShield file authentication increase processing security, while additional SAM modules can be added for expanded peripheral usage.
The VX 570 comes in 4 versions, and the terminal we offer is the HS- SC (Dial w/ Smart Card) version. The Dual Comm (Ethernet) version is available for an additional fee which can be added on the shopping cart page after the VX 570 is added to the shopping cart. All of the VX 570's that we offer include a smart card reader.
Dual Comm
With a Dual Comm Terminal, you will have the option of how your processing terminal connects with the Processor on the other end. Your options for doing so are Dial-up [which is the industry standard] and IP [Internet Protocol]. IP is becoming more and more popular with merchants for its quickness and effectiveness.
